YEA is a prominent, pro-business, politically active organization for executives under the age of 40. Through monthly meetings, fundraising events, leadership missions and committee assignments, YEA provides young executives with outstanding opportunities to meet distinguished business, community and political leaders and to become more active in influential business and political settings. Non-partisan, the organization is dedicated to preserving America's entrepreneurial spirit through a pro-business agenda that focuses on fiscal conservatism and public policy that is conducive to entrepreneurial activity.

The Young Executives of America closed out the year 2006 with a special holiday party welcoming two notable California public servants: State Assemblyman Chuck DeVore and United States Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. The two political heavyweights met with members of the YEA and gave insightful remarks about what to expect from both the federal and state governments over the next few years. It was definitely a night to remember. Now that 2006 has come and gone, 2007 is poised to be one of the most exciting years yet for the YEA—and it is starting it off with a bang. On January 17, 2007 the YEA welcomes one of the world's foremost authorities on foreign policy and diplomatic relations with Iran, Sir Eldon Griffiths.
